About Norwegian Star
Operated by Norwegian Cruise Line, Norwegian Star is a 92,000 ton cruise ship that carries approximately 2,348 guests. The ship was last refurbished in 2021 and sails a variety of itineraries including the Caribbean, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Iceland and Norway, the Panama Canal, South America, and the Mexican Riviera. Designed for Norwegian’s pioneering Freestyle Cruising, Norwegian Star allows passengers to dine without fixed seating times, creating a flexible cruise dining experience.
Across 15 decks, guests will find around 10 bars and lounges, a lively casino with a VIP area, a fitness center, multiple hot tubs, and the adults only Spice H2O retreat. Those looking to relax can visit Mandara Spa for treatments or enjoy the Thermal Suite therapy pool. Families will also find youth programs and onboard activities suited for all ages. Norwegian Star Complimentary Restaurants
Norwegian Star features two main dining rooms that operate under Freestyle Dining, meaning no assigned seating and no fixed dinner times. Both venues serve the same rotating dinner menu with classic cruise favorites and contemporary dishes.
Versailles
Versailles is the larger and more traditional main dining room onboard. This elegant space hosts breakfast, lunch on sea days, and dinner. The menu rotates daily and typically includes appetizers, soups and salads, seafood selections, beef and poultry entrees, pasta dishes, and desserts.
Aqua

The Garden Cafe is the ship’s buffet restaurant and remains one of the most popular dining options on Norwegian Star.
