Vibe Shore Club at Great Stirrup Cay - Guide To The New Adults-Only Beach Club at NCL’s Private Island
Vibe Shore Club is the newest adults only beach experience at Great Stirrup Cay. Introduced by Norwegian Cruise Line in December 2025, this paid beach area brings the Vibe concept ashore for guests looking for a quieter and more private beach day away from the busiest public areas of the island.
This guide covers everything currently known about Vibe Shore Club based on official Norwegian Cruise Line information and firsthand experience on the island.
What Is Vibe Shore Club?

Vibe Shore Club is an adults only beach area for guests aged 18 and older. It is accessed through a paid day pass and is located on a section of beach that was previously part of the public shoreline, positioned just before the entrance to Silver Cove. Day passes can be purchased before your cruise or onboard at the shore excursions desk, but capacity is limited and pre-booking is strongly recommended.
Vibe Shore Club is not a pool complex. It is a private section of beach with padded loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, and a dedicated bar and dining area. Each guest with a day pass receives access to padded loungers that are available on a first come basis. Loungers are arranged in sets of two with an umbrella, and most sets include a small table for food and drinks.
Because seating is not reserved, guests who want loungers in the first or second row closest to the water should plan to arrive early in the day. Wristbands are checked at the entrance, but guests are free to exit and re enter throughout the day as long as they are wearing their wristband.
A towel station is located at the entrance to Vibe Shore Club, allowing guests to pick up towels without bringing them from the ship.
Food at Vibe Shore Club
Vibe Shore Club has its own dedicated buffet annex that is accessible only to guests with a Vibe day pass. This dining area is separate from the main Jumbey Beach Grill buffet and is designed to reduce lines and crowding during peak lunch hours.
The Vibe buffet serves the same core menu as Jumbey Beach Grill, including barbecue and island style items, with the addition of several premium options. During our visit, these included seafood ceviche, grilled mahi mahi with pineapple salsa, and pineapple upside down cake.
Norwegian Cruise Line marketing materials state that Vibe Shore Club includes access to Silver Cove dining, but this is not accurate. Vibe guests do not have access to the Silver Cove restaurant or bar unless they have booked a Silver Cove villa.
In addition to the private buffet, guests at Vibe Shore Club have easy access to the Tropic Like It’s Hot food truck located just outside the main entrance, offering additional quick service options throughout the day.
Drinks and Beverage Packages at Vibe Shore Club
Vibe Shore Club features a private bar located in the corner of the complex. The bar operates as a walk up window and does not have barstools. Guests can enjoy drinks at nearby patio tables or have them delivered to loungers and cabanas by attendants.
The bar serves standard cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non alcoholic beverages. There are limited frozen drink options, though they are not available on tap like the frozen cocktails at the Reef Bar and Waves Bar at Great Life Lagoon.
Two cocktails are offered on tap over ice: a tropical margarita featuring pineapple, passionfruit, and guava, and a rum punch cocktail. Bar service is more attentive than at public island bars, but it can still experience delays during peak hours, typically between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
At this time, it remains unclear whether beverages will continue to be included with admission if Norwegian Cruise Line discontinues Free At Sea beverage package coverage on Great Stirrup Cay starting March 1, 2026.
Cabanas at Vibe Shore Club
There are two types of cabanas available for rent within Vibe Shore Club, offering additional comfort and privacy beyond standard loungers.
Beach cabanas are two person daybeds located directly on the sand near the water. These cabanas feature retractable sunshades and dedicated service, making them ideal for couples looking for shade and quick drink service without leaving the beach.

Premium cabanas are located farther back near the tree line and accommodate larger groups of approximately six to eight guests. These cabanas include lounge style seating, a table and chairs, and a ceiling fan. Premium cabanas provide more space and shade and are better suited for groups traveling together.
Cabana availability and pricing vary by sailing, and advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Cost of Vibe Shore Club

Access to Vibe Shore Club is sold as an all day pass and is priced per person. Pricing varies by sailing and demand and is not included with standard cruise fares, but the standard rate for a day pass is currently $79 per person. Guests with a Free at Sea package can apply the $50 shore excursion discount to purchase a pass for Vibe Shore Club.
The day pass includes access to the private beach area, padded loungers and umbrellas, the Vibe Shore Club buffet, the private bar, towel service, and the ability to freely enter and exit the area throughout the day.
Cabanas are an additional cost and must be booked separately.
